Description : Ingenio Providencia has one of the best outputs both in terms of sugar cane production and sucrose concentration in the sugar industry. It directly cultivates 9,000 hectares and purchases an additional 14,700 hectares of sugar cane from suppliers. The process starts by leveling the ground and then the soil is prepared using a subsoiler, plow, rake or cold chisel and is then once again raked to leave the land ready for drilling.

From soil preparation to sugar production, only natural products are used while the company has hundreds of employees who cut the cane naturally, without burning a single leaf. It takes us longer to produce our organic sugar because we only use products that nature itself can offer.

il est extrait directement du jus de la canne à sucre cultivée en mode biologique.
Les tiges mures de la canne à sucre sont pressées et le jus est évaporé naturellement sans additifs chimiques.
Il contient tous les sels minéraux et les nutriments essentiels de la canne à sucre
il participe donc à une alimentation saine et équilibrée.
Son goût est plus riche et doux, plus typé que tous les autres types de sucre sa couleur brune foncée indique qu il contient beaucoup molasse de Canne, il peut aussi s’accommoder à tous les mets.

We export in 15 kg polyethylene bags, which offer a very good barrier against moisture. We export in 20 feet 19 tons container. One container has 19.005 kg or 1.267 15 kg bags

Also it is a pleasure for us to inform that we are the world first fair trade certified spice processor.
