They are made from durum wheat and of course without egg, available in whole-wheat and as a white variety. The speciality lies in the carefully refined and gently milled grain from organically grown crops and pure mountain spring water.The other aspect is the drying process of the pressed-out dough at very low temperatures a maximum of 45°C that way vital vitamins and minerals don’t go amiss. This traditional procedure guarantees a short cooking time and an excellent consistency, meaning al dente. We have been able to put together a wonderful range of noodles, with an old traditional manufacture from central Italy. Spaghetti, Spirals, Macaroni, Tagliatelle, Farfalle, Tortilli, Penne, and Grapolli. In this classic range are two special sorts, our pried spelt noodles (made from 100% spelt) and millet noodles with ¼ share of millet. The climate in the mountain reigons also make it easier for use as the insects that like to eat the fruit are few and far between, but to make sure that there are no insects in the bags we use a decompression chamber with pure oxygen. The most important thing for us is the controlling from the planting to the harvesting, the storage and the packing for the trade lable.
