We conduct research to more natural and organic ingredients. The research is carried out by own staff, by researchers of l’Université Agronomique de Gembloux (Belgium)(Bio-chemicals).
This research will deliver continuing innovation which will provide an ongoing stream of improved natural products.
We have always used fresh cream in our locally-sold products; for export products we can not because of shelflife- and regulatory issues. But we then replace the fresh cream with natural ingredients.
We use only first quality ingredients in our recipies. Organic when available. Natural vanilla, natural flavours, and 100% pure cocoabutter.
• We aim to use and promote fairtrade chocolate because we want the original cocoa producers to have a fair revenue for the best quality products they provide. We also believe this is the best way to help southern countries in dignity, parallel with insuring a perenity of high quality cocoa in the future.
• The independent Fairtrade organisation FLO / Max Havelaar certifies the fairtrade origin of our chocolate
This very special tea is harvested exclusively from old tea trees growing inside of mountain forests. It is harvested during full moon and processed only at night so that temperatures never exceed 25 Celsius.
This is our highest quality tea with a high content in nutritional amino acids.
