A good quality for any type of mushroom that can grow in south east Asia weather e.g Pleurotus ostreatus, Champiyon, Lentinula, Volvariella and shiitake
2. Dried longan fruit (Thai Airway is our customer) and others dried fruits (lychee,pineapple,mango,banana chips)
The sweet longan tastes delicious and has medical benefits as well. Longan, or longyan in Chinese, literally means dragon eye. The round, plump Chinese fruit with a crisp golden shell is shaped like the eye of a legendary Chinese dragon.
Dried longan pulp is used as a herb in traditional Chinese medicine. Unlike fresh longan which is much juicier, dry longan can be mixed easily with other ingredients.
Since longan is rich in grape sugar, cane sugar, vitamins A, B and C, protein and a variety of trace elements, it is the perfect food for the infirmed and for women who have just given birth.
This anti-cancer and anti-aging food also nurtures kidneys, lungs, the spleen and the skin. Furthermore, this appetizing fruit can cure illness-caused weakness, anemia and neurasthenia
