Descripción : Kale, a leafy member of the cabbage family, is an annual plant that is best grown in cool weather. The Kale leaves wilt and become bitter in heat, yet it can survive a frost quite easily. Kale is most commonly a forest green in color, although some red and purple varieties do exist. The leaves of the Kale plant vary from ruffled and curly to straight in texture, depending on the variety, and grow loosely, not forming a head like cabbage. This tilapia was introduced in the Bayano Lake to promote a source of income for the local people and wish now is established as a sustainable extractive activity administered by both, The National Aquatic Resources Authority, (ARAP – in Spanish) and the local governments (Indians)..
Our main interest is to absorb a controlled but significant amount of this product to help sustain this initiative and the human groups that make part of it.
Our Special Tilapia is 100 % natural and is received fresh in a daily basis, accomplishing our HACCP requirements, in sizes from 350 to 700 grams mainly to be processed and packed in the same day for our clients.
