Organic King Coconut Water is derived from Thembili, a variety of coconut native to Sri Lanka. It is often used in Ayurveda along with aralu (Myrobalans) powder to “expel heat from the body”, therefore resulting in a feeling of freshness.

In the heart of the Var, in the South of France, the climate is ideal for growing vines in organic farming. This is the choice made by Camille, daughter of the owner of the estate, who converted the vineyard to organic a few years ago.
The stony and deep soil of the exceptional terroir of Pierrefeu pushes the vines to give the best of themselves, to offer wines of great quality.To naturally maintain the vitality of the land, they are regularly worked by plowing. The estate promotes grassing to develop soil life, the health of the vines, and preserve biodiversity.
THE WINE MAKING
The wine is vinified according to the principles of organic farming.
After being harvested, the grapes are left to macerate for a few hours, then are pressed. The juices obtained are then settled, then fermented at controlled temperatures for about a week.
The wines are then under-drawn, filtered and then bottled, or kept in vats.
THE GRAPE VARIETY
This cuvée is a subtle blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
THE TASTING
The clear color and the subtle nose with citrus and white fruit aromas promise a complex and fine palate marked by floral notes.
Served between 10 and 12 ° C, this wine will go perfectly with your gourmet aperitifs and your meat and fish planchas.
