The pumpkinseed and the walnut oils are roasted first and then pressed that‘s what gives them their nutty taste. The pressing of the oil is done without any heat being added from outside and the oil that is being pressed out does not go over a temperature of 40°c that way the contents in the oils are not being lost and we are able to maintain the authentic aromas of the oils.
