Description : Vermador Organic Monastrell is produced using classical winemaking techniques, from organically grown grapes, hand-picked from old vines - up to 45 years old. The wine was bottled and left to mature for 4 months before release. Wine tasting note: A very brilliant and opaque ruby red, with hints of purple boasting its youthfulness. A very aromatic bouquet of rich, red berry fruit and whiffs of spice that shows off its Mediterranean heritage. The wine is well structured and balanced with a long finish.

Description : REYES DE ARAGON ORGANIC RED WINE GROWING AND HARVESTING NOTES: Harvest Qualification: 2003 Excellent Harvest dates: Merlot: End of September, Syrah: Beginning of October. Description: Early hot weather, meant root activity started a little earlier than other years, bringing some frost problems to the buds when the weather turned cold again later. Nevertheless, the rest of the ripening cycle ended very well. The vintage took place without any problem, resulting in a harvest with a lower yield per hectare but of a great quality. The maturity of grapes was affected by the intense heat so the final harvest was of an extraordinary good quality. WINEMAKING NOTES Grape Varieties: Merlot 50 %, Syrah 50 % Maturity in oak barrel: 4 months Maturity in bottle: 6 months Vinification: After a separate varietaly harvesting, the talks were removed from the grapes, then were fermented at 25º C, leaving the grapes together with pips and skins, in stainless steel vats where they macerated for 20 days. Then the wine was removed from the original vat to another, where it aged for a further 25 days with its natural lees. After the pressing process and natural filtering, the malolactic fermentation was transferred into oak wood casks. Finally, the organic wine reposed there for 4 months before being bottled without any sort of stabilization. Due to this natural winemaking process and evolution, it is possible to find some sediment. ANALYTIC NOTES Alcoholic Strength: 14 % vol. Residual Sugar: 1, 1 grams / litre. Volatile Acidity: 0, 3 grams /litre. Total Acidity (in tartaric): 3, 3 grams /litre TASTING NOTES This wine is a deep cherry red colour with violet touches. Intense and complex aroma, with generous ripe red fruits, blackberries, redcurrants and violets. There are also balsamic aromas, soft smoky and chocolate traces coming from a brief stay in new oak barrels. The oenologists of the family did not want to cover the rich primary wine aromas by keeping it too long in barrel, therefore, after finishing the malolactic fermentation it was bottled. In the mouth it is full-bodied and meaty, with prominent ripe tannins of great quality. The wine is in perfect balance, with slight acidity that give the necessary freshness so significant for a wine with high alcoholic grading. Its finish and aftertaste is extremely long and pleasant. Serve at 16 – 18º C Advisable dishes: Will go especially well with red meats, poultry, stews and cheeses. Aging potential It will evolve favourably in bottle during the next 5 years

Organic King Coconut Water is derived from Thembili, a variety of coconut native to Sri Lanka. It is often used in Ayurveda along with aralu (Myrobalans) powder to “expel heat from the body”, therefore resulting in a feeling of freshness.

Description : THE TERROIR
In the heart of the Var, in the South of France, the climate is ideal for growing vines in organic farming. This is the choice made by Camille, daughter of the owner of the estate, who converted the vineyard to organic a few years ago.
The stony and deep soil of the exceptional terroir of Pierrefeu pushes the vines to give the best of themselves, to offer wines of great quality.To naturally maintain the vitality of the land, they are regularly worked by plowing. The estate promotes grassing to develop soil life, the health of the vines, and preserve biodiversity.

THE WINE MAKING
The wine is vinified according to the principles of organic farming.
After being harvested, the grapes are left to macerate for a few hours, then are pressed. The juices obtained are then settled, then fermented at controlled temperatures for about a week.
The wines are then under-drawn, filtered and then bottled, or kept in vats.

THE GRAPE VARIETY
This cuvée is a subtle blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.

THE TASTING
The clear color and the subtle nose with citrus and white fruit aromas promise a complex and fine palate marked by floral notes.
Served between 10 and 12 ° C, this wine will go perfectly with your gourmet aperitifs and your meat and fish planchas.
