Descripción : Our oil is unique and has a particular taste, because the cultivation of olive fields is still done by using the same systems, production and elaborate methods that our ancestors used, based mainly on ecologic and organic farming methods .
But, the main reason that makes extra virgin olive oil Fruit Nature a product of superior quality and different to the rest is the careful extraction of the olive juice, out of very early fruit, sacrificing quantity in favour of quality, pressing the olives every day guarantees an oil full of different tastes and flavours. These are the flavours the olives release when they are not yet completely mature.
However, it is not only this fact that makes extra virgin olive oil Fruit Nature so different a product.
The varieties used for its production are arbequina and empeltre. The last variety mentioned is one of the oldest in Spain, allowing us to achieve the production of an oil full of aromatic connotations that reminds us of almond and green nut flavours. It's very clear and transparent, without any hint of cloudiness. It has a yellowish colour of light-medium intensity. It's easy on the palate, slightly spicy, which makes it unique and exclusive.

Descripción : We grow 10.000 organic Koroneiki olive trees on Canetsfontein. First commercial harvest is in 2020. Expected long term yield is app. 300 tons.
Koroneiki is very high in polyphenols and gives a fantastic organic olive oil that we intend to produce on the estate.

Descripción : After having been using sustainable farming practices for over 30 years, in 2002 we obtained the certificate of the Andalusia Committee Association of Organic Agriculture (CAAE) which controls and certifies our cultivation systems according to the European ecological agriculture standards (EC 834/2007). In 2003 we were the first Spanish Producer of Olive Oil to obtain the USDA Organic seal of USA. We later obtained the Japanese JAS organic certificate. And lastly, since harvest 2010-11 our organic olive oil is certified by Chinese organic standards, being the first mill in Spain to obtain this certificate.
With a product present in the market since 10 years ago, you can now find our organic extra virgin olive oil in best delicatessen and organic stores and in supermarkets all over the world, as in US, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, Russia and most European countries.
